About this day trip
Often called 'Little Marrakech' for its red ramparts and souks, minus the crowds and the hustle. The old walls are largely intact and can be driven around, and the souk is still genuinely used by locals, not just set up for visitors.
A full day out given the distance, but a rewarding one — this is the closest thing to Marrakech's medina without the four-hour drive.
