Booking terms
How booking with us works, in plain words — before you send a request.

1. You request, we confirm
Sending a request does not charge you anything. The host checks it and confirms or declines, usually the same day, by email or WhatsApp. Your booking is final only once we have confirmed it.
2. Prices
Prices are in euros and include our service: there are no booking or platform fees. Stays are priced per night; activities and treatments per person unless the page says per vehicle; transfers per vehicle. The total in your confirmation is what you pay.
3. Payment
Nothing is paid online. You pay on arrival, directly to the host, the driver or the spa. We tell you the accepted ways to pay when we confirm your booking.
4. Changes and cancellation
A request that is still pending can be withdrawn at any time, free: just tell us. Once confirmed, stays can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in, and activities, day trips, treatments, airport transfers and private transport up to 24 hours before the start or pick-up time. If your plans change later, please tell us as early as you can. Because nothing is charged in advance, we never take money from your card.
5. Stays
Check-in is from 1:00 PM; the check-out time is on each apartment’s page. The number of guests may not exceed what the apartment allows. As required by Moroccan law, each adult guest shows an ID or passport at check-in.
6. Activities, day trips and treatments
Times can move with the weather or road conditions; if we must change or cancel, we offer another time or you simply do not pay. Tell us before booking about pregnancy, injuries, allergies or anything that matters for your safety. Some photos of activities, vehicles and treatments are illustrative.
7. Reviews and questions
