In plain words: what we collect when you book or write to us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
Agadir Stays is a local host business in Agadir, Morocco. We rent our own apartments and arrange activities, day trips, wellness treatments and transport. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +212 620 184 897, or by email at contact@agadirstays.com.
What we collect
When you send a booking request or a message: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the dates and times you choose, the number of guests and anything you write to us. If you create an account, we also keep your preferred language; your password is stored encrypted by our database provider and we never see it. Your language choice and a half-filled booking form are saved only in your own browser, so you do not lose them.
Why we use it
Only to answer you, confirm or decline your booking, organise your stay or activity, contact you about it, and meet our legal duties in Morocco (for example registering guests who stay in our apartments). We do not sell your data, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Where it is kept
Booking requests and accounts are stored with Supabase, the database service this website runs on, which keeps them encrypted and access-controlled: only you can see your own bookings, and only we can see all of them. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also kept by WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
For as long as your booking needs it and for as long as Moroccan law requires us to keep records. After that, or earlier if you ask and the law allows, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just send a message on WhatsApp or an email; we answer within a few days. If you have an account, you can change your name, phone and language yourself in your account. These rights come from Moroccan Law 09-08 on personal data and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.
Cookies and statistics
We do not use advertising cookies unless you accept them (see below). The site stores a few small settings in your browser (language, a half-filled form, whether you are signed in). If we add visitor statistics, we will use a privacy-friendly tool that does not follow you across other websites, and update this page first. Your saved list (the hearts) is also kept in your browser, and in your account if you are signed in.
Advertising measurement: if you accept cookies in the banner, we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to learn which of our Instagram and Facebook ads bring visitors and booking requests. It is never loaded if you decline, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
