Who can list a property?
Owners of an apartment, villa or holiday home in or around Agadir, and property managers who rent homes on an owner’s behalf.
What types of properties can I submit?
Apartments, studios, villas, riads and holiday homes. If yours is different, choose “Other” and describe it.
Is my property automatically approved?
No. Every request is reviewed by our team. We contact you to discuss the property, and it is only listed once we have both agreed on the arrangements.
What information do I need to provide?
Your contact details and the basics: property type, location, bedrooms and maximum guests. A description and photos help, but you can send photos later.
How long does the review process take?
We look at requests in the order they arrive and contact you once we have reviewed yours, using the contact method you chose.
What are the fees or commissions?
We explain the listing arrangements, including any fees or commission, when we contact you. Nothing is agreed or published without your approval.
Can I list a property if I manage it for someone else?
Yes. Choose “I manage it for the owner” in the form. We may ask you to confirm that you are authorised to rent the property.
How do I update my property information?
Send us the changes on WhatsApp or by email, with your request reference if you have it. Once a property is listed, we update its page with you.
